Online game developer/publisher burda:ic has launched the open beta test phase for its upcoming steampunk fantasy MMORPG ARGO Online. Servers for the highly anticipated title are now live, and players everywhere can take their first steps into the brave new world of a fantasy 23rd century.
Argo Online, a free-to-play post-apocalyptic, steampunk-style MMORPG with RTS elements, has transitioned from closed to open beta in the past week or two, according to the Bhagpuss' blog at Inventory Full yesterday.

Most MMO's tend to leave me cold and believe me I've tried a few. Might give this one a go and see if it sticks. I just wish they wouldn't make the first 10 or so hours such a sleep inducing borefest

The whole streampunk vs nature is kinda cool but everything else seem kinda like your generic MMORPG.
