Moon Diver - Heated Combat Gameplay

IGN: Witness the fast-paced, Strider-like action of Moon Diver.

zero_cool4785d ago

Moon Diver is like contra meets & stryder!

Godmars2904785d ago (Edited 4785d ago )

No, its just old style Strider with multiplayer. Simple and easy level design, enemies that just appear and stand around and cheap hit bosses.

I'd really would have liked to have seen an evolution of the side-scroller. A try at God of War or Ninja Gaiden. This is just a revisit for a party game.

Redempteur4785d ago

i dunno if you felt it cheap but for me it worked ...
that feelign of control .. of BEING THE ONE ( or one of them ) HERO capable to beat the bad guy.
it's easy , simple fun ...
and reminded me of old times..
the closet we've got recently was blade kitten but that game WAS VERY slow at the control.

Moon diver is faster and more technical

Isn't this a PSN exclusive? Why is this classed under 360?Seriously what's going on here?

First Mortal Kombat PS3 Demo impressions being classed as 360 and now PSN exclusives??

t0mmyb0y4785d ago

Flippin PS3 stupid fanboys 'trying' to rub it in faces?? I dont know man I like ps3, but that sounds like childish stupidity

Rynx4785d ago

What the hell are you talking about? Your statement sounded stupider than anything Ricky would have said.

Classifying this game as 360 even though the game (so far) is a PSN exclusive is misleading. For those that don't know any better might go onto the Xbox live Marketplace only to see that this game is nowhere to be found on there. The same goes for the PS3 demo of Mortal Kombat classed as 360, is the demo available for the 360 yet?

No one said anything about "rubbing" it in.

*facepalm*

Godmars2904785d ago

The game's not exclusive. Anyone who's heard about the title day-one it was announced should know this.

Actually, day-one think it was announced as 360-only. Next day it was multi.

MK is hardly exclusive either, so you're just being thin skinned wondering why N4G submissions are 360/PS3.

Rynx4784d ago (Edited 4784d ago )

Wow another failed comment.

Your just reading too hard into my statement.

First of all then care to explain to me why this game is only available on the PSN as of this moment. On this IGN link when you click info on this game it has the 360 release marked as TBA. Exclusive is exclusive, whether timed or not.

And again, who said anything about MK being exclusive!?!

All I said is that the MK DEMO was on PS3 only! So far. And that my only gripe here is that this is MISLEADING! If I only owned a 360 and I would see all these Demo impression articles classed under 360, I would think the demo is out for the 360 aswell. But it's NOT! Shoot everyone was under the assumption that the 360 demo would show up on the 15th along side the non PSN+ users because some articles where stating their info wrong. Again this is about misleading information.

Lastly, I'm taking about "class". You've submitted articles before, I'm sure you did. You only get one category to class it in so that on the front page everyone can see what the article relates/pertains too. I am NOT talking about tags. So sure if the game in question is multiplatform when you click on the article that allows you to see more of the snippet as well as comments (like here) you'll see all the tags to this article. I am NOT referring to this, I am referring to what it says when you only see the title in the front page. And this one is clearly classed under 360 even though the game is not available for that system yet. It is quite annoying when I notice this because it's something that has no reason being marked wrong. And thats why I mentioned MK because a lot of PSN DEMO impression articles where even "classed" as 360, how does that make sense?

Seriously if you're going to try to even refute my statement do a better job. I'm sure I had already it clear what I meant when I responded to t0mmyb0y

I hope this game studio keeps bringing us these old school meets new school games in the near future because it's nice to see game developers tap into the old gaming roots of gaming's past games gameplay formula's which have obviously stood the test of time quite well through the generations of gaming.

But the Handsome Collection is VASTLY superior.

babadivad2366d ago

Can you transfer saves from Borderlands 2 to the Handsome collection?

Summons752629d ago

Heard AC Rouge was really good though I never got a chance to play. Borderlands 2 being BC is kind of silly since you can buy 2 and the Pre-Sequel for like 15 bucks with all the DLC and 4 player local coop but it's free in March so that is certainly not a bad thing.

Kosic2629d ago

Also borderlands plays so much better in the remastered.

For the xbox 360, the menus are out of size for the screen (was for bl1) that you'd use the right analog to pan the screen so you can see what you're doing.

Honestly, they should remaster bl1. That along with the handsome jack collection, it's an amazing bundle of value.

Bigpappy2629d ago (Edited 2629d ago )

I think free is a bit better than $15. But that's just me.

I really enjoyed Rogue. Not a huge fan of BC and going back to old titles, but that's well worth a play.

I don't own an Xbox One but I do love that I can carry over a lot of my Xbox 360 games if I choose to get one!

xxRabidxx2629d ago

Finally the day has come. I purchased Rogue quite a while ago hoping I could eventually play it on Xb1. I hope it was worth the wait.

Interesting. It would be good to have these games, but I'd like to see some new ones.

lodossrage4372d ago

New ones would be great too.

This was more in the line of giving the things that already exist second life though

xursz4372d ago

I approve of this list but would also put Awesomenauts in there as well.

lodossrage4372d ago

Honestly, I forgot a ton of games truth be told. But a human hand can only type but so many

*Deep breath* Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix!

*Recovers* Please? I know that you suck now Capcom but that was a game of your good days. My first ever purchase on PSN was HD Remix over four years ago. I want Vita-ness!
