GameDynamo - "We've scoured the map of the vacation paradise of Wuhu Island and her sister islands, Wedge, Private, and Deserted, in order to come up with comprehensive maps to make collecting all of the Locations, Balloons, and Rings in Pilotwings Resort for Nintendo 3DS a snap! "
Some game endings are good. Most are bad. And a few just sail out of the blue. One example of an unexpected game ending is the conclusion of Pilotwings for the SNES.
Tynan Muddle at Aussie-Gamer.com writes: "Co-founder of development studio Monster Games and programmer for Nintendo’s PilotWings Resort on Nintendo 3DS David Pollatsek has passed away at the age of 38."
Pollatsek co-founded United States based development studio Monster Games in 1996 which went onto working on Wii titles such as ExciteTruck and ExciteBike: World Rally. The studio was hired as an international partner in the development of PilotWings Resort, a launch title for Nintendo 3DS. One of Pollatsek’s hobbies included flying airplanes."

First off, we get escapeVecktor for the eShop ($9.99) and new Coin Rush packs for New Super Mario Bros. 2 in the form of the “Mystery Adventures Pack” and the “Impossible Pack” ($2.50 a piece). In addition, we got a slew of retail releases available on the eShop, including Mario Tennis Open, Pilotwings Resort, Pokemon Rumble Blast (euuugh), and the BIT.TRIP Saga! The BIT.TRIP Saga is available for $14.99, Pokemon Rumble Blast is available for $34.99, and the rest are available for $39.99. Finally, the 3DS Virtual Console gets a new entry in the form of Wario Land II for the Game Boy Color ($4.99)."
Very useful! I've been going crazy with some of the locations! :P Can't wait for the balloon maps! Pilotwings Resort is a great game, one of the best for 3DS so far. There's more than meets the eye...
