The reviews I have read suggest this cards makes an xbox 360 sound quiet, still an amazingly capable card though.

on the other reviews there saying that the 580gtx is faster then the 5970 but anyways of course the 6990 would be faster then the 580gtx were talking 2 in one cards can they test the 580gtx in sli and then c how it compares to the sli version of 580gtx

Doesn't matter how many Gpu's you have on one board as your still only using 1 PCIe slot while a SLI set-up uses two PCIe slots and that my friend makes a big difference.

Granted a 580gtx Sli is the BEST you can get right now but your paying $1000 to be 10 to 15 frames per second faster than $700 HD 6990.

what about the 6990 in crossfire?
