Hate to burst your bubble, but check that account's bio and you'll see that's not the real TheMart. Trust me, he did not swing the PS3 way.

So did you make the account? Trust me, I'm not an xbot (I'm hoping to get a 40GB PS3 this year) but taking someone's account and twisting it around isn't cool, even if it's TheMart we're talking about here. Fanboys have first amendment rights, too.

My most wanted gadget.
Nerf Launch via USB

I remember seeing it in some magazine. It was a little Nerf launch, looked very much like a mobile SAM truck. You plug it into your computer via USB and could program the angle or use a camera on the launcher to fire 4 Nerf darts.

I know it sounds evil but I thought about maybe putting little tacks on the end of the Nerf darts and firing them at people who piss me off. Its all fun and games until someone loses and eye. :/

or maybe little firecracker...Nerf missiles...I love it.

This is why its dumb to say the PS3 is doomed. Once the price drops sales will explode. While I don't have delusions that the PS3 is going to over take the 360 in a day or some crap like that, I don't doubt for a second that it will catch it within the next 1 1/2- 2 years.

A price drop, and great games are available as well. Mix in a substantially large and dormant fanbase and it sounds like a recipe for purchases. We'll see.

Yes, many people are just waiting the PS3... Most of those PS2 owners are, in fact, waiting two things:

#1: The price to step down! I don't know if this 399 will be affordable enough, but you have to give up to Sony the fact they are working on it.

#2 The game library to become bigger and more diverse. This is happening now, maybe most of us are not seeing cause it's just begging, but a year from now, PS3 would have many famous sequels in its list (not saying other consoles will not have good games also).

Wii came to top 5, got to number 1, stayed in top 5 for few months and gone. 360 Elite was there for a short time...

But PS3, it's been there forever and yet, the sales are not high enough. Seriously, a lot of people are still waiting because they've already made their choice and want PS3 but don't think it's the right time.
For me, the right time comes in 3 weeks from now.

...cause it shows ppl want it, but for other it is bad cause it means ppl still didn't get it.

Anyways, in the end it shows that ppl really WANT a PS3 but they still haven't got one...hopefully the price cut and the great games coming out this fall will push a PS3 under their Christmas trees :p

If they don't, MGS4 and LBP will, early next year :D
