I never over hype anything, it's just so many people nowadays wanna be a critic instead of a gamer like they use to be back in the early days of nintendo, turbo grafx 16, sega mastersystem etc...

so when I show my love for the games that i like and also explain why i love them instead of just throwing out empty statements people feel i'm being buddy buddy without being real to the gamers out there.

do you know how many times i call out devs after a game is released if it's not as good as i know it could've been.

Ive watched your show for quite awhile and there have been episodes where in your "review" section you called games amazing that were "meh" at best.

Like Hellboy and WwE SvR...(thats just off the top of my head) and contine to say games of that caliber are "Amazing".

I get the passion for gaming, i share it as well, but some games are what they are and from my experience from Darkness 1 i am hard pressed to see the sequal show the potential to be better than the likes of Gears Of War 3, Battlefield 3, L.A. Noire that have such a strong gaming pedigree..... Only time will tell.

However, don't start accusing the man of pandering scores for games you thought were bad just because he gave it a decent score. HHG's passion for gaming leads him to get over excited about mediocre games...ive watched HHGS for quite awhile now and anyone that has knows this.

Its the truth and accept it , its kinda like Daniel Kayser (GT, EBC) how he gets hyped for mediocre games (Dark void) Only difference is that he CAN admit to being wrong about a game, without questioning anyone else's passion for gaming.

Because isnt that why we are all here??? Those with out a passion for gaming doesnt know N4G exists or HHG for that matter.

You serious? Did you play it through? The story was very well done, and even though the powers were lacking, it certainly was quite a twist for the FPS genre. Than again, it's your opinion.
The second seems to be even more incredible! How many FPS's do you know when you can control demons side by side and slice people up? I just hope they keep the great storytelling they had with the original.
The Darkness 2 will be fucking incredible!
