I know I am looking forward to it. I have been enjoying Killzone 3, but I already am starting to feel like I am just going through he motions when I play it. It's fun and looks great, but I just don't think it will have much longevity for me. I am looking forward to the vehicles and big battles that this game will have.

just preordered this, looking forward to some large scale warfare.

ironcreed, I know what you mean, KZ3 multiplayer is very enjoyable, but it just doesnt scratch my large scale with vehicles warfare itch like MAG, BF:BC2 and now hopefully Homefront. The singleplayer is also written by the guy who wrote red dawn and apocalypse now, so that should be interesting.

It looks cool, but of course the publisher would say that. It's not like that means much.

I miss vehicles in online first person shooters.
I also miss proximity mines and remote mines (think of goldeneye for the n64)

throw all those together in an online game and you've sold me.

I think that's why in part Halo was so succesful, due to the fact that you see a warthog in MP, you drive one in SP, you may as well be able to drive it again in MP
