WTF is up with the inconsistent power levels in Marvel vs Capcom 3?

Inconsistent character profiles make us flip out with nerd rage.

Any time you have two unrelated worlds cross over, there's a certain degree of rule-bending you have to allow. Of COURSE someone like Chun Li couldn't take down Galactus, but for the sake of gameplay we accept that she can. After all, it's not a very fun game if half the characters can't stand up to Hulk, Thor or Wesker.

Why not just rename the site Captain Obvious's diary ?

The grid is Marvel's system , and isnt accurate in their own books and universe . Why expect consistencies from a multiple universes and franchise crossover ?

i bet when street fighter vs tekken comes they will under power all the tekken characters

i bet the opposite .

Noticed how they tend to nerf projectile users in current sf games ?

and guys like kazuya dashing into hadokens ?

The thing that bothers me is that Capcom's own characters don't even have character grids that make sense. Chun-Li and Felicia are faster than Wesker? Bullcrap!

i dont see the problem for the darkstalkers chars . They are supernatural being period , and would usually easily beat the crap out of the capcom others .

Felicia is one of the fastest stalkers , make sense to me .
