What bothered me about DICE's sound in previous games is how "spacey" it sounded. I could be 15 feet away from a barrel that explodes and it sound like a muffled pop-boom. I've heard things explode relatively close to me and it's way more intense than that.

that guy did say they exaggerated everything in bad company so that's way it sounds intense in that game, i think what he was trying to say here is that, they aren't going for that in BF3, so problem solved!

Xfanboy - yes. I have heard fireworks explode on the ground, closer to me with more of a resounding bang that a frag grenade does in BC1 or BC2. And farts.

jon1234 - I implied that they are changing it because of the past tense of the word "bother" that I used in the first sentence.

Hope they take out the health needles and put in field medics instead. would add to the greatness sound eff.
