VGW: If the popularity of games like Angry Birds and Cut the Rope have taught us nothing else, it is that a game doesn’t need to be particularly complicated or even have much substance. Simple is most often better, and this creates a wonderful opportunity for newer, start-up studios to break into the market. Take for instance, Bravo Games. Based out of Spain, the developer is very new to the scene, with only a handful of games under their belt. Working primarily with THQ, they have a few licensed games and seem to be churning out more original content.
TheAppera - You must get up a Volcano from the rising lava. You have to jump from platform to platform to try and get as high as you can go. Volcano Escape is a pretty challenging game.
Volcano Escape is like a bad girlfriend. It drives us nuts, and by all accounts should get lost, but we can't do the right thing and walk away, largely because of the occasional flash of brilliance when everything comes together. Sadly, those moments are few and fleeting.

GameDynamo - "Volcano Escape – part climbing, part twin-stick shooter – is a very entertaining iOS title. Of course, that being said, it still has its limitations and, unfortunately, seems to appeal to a specific category of players."
