Welcome back to our bi-weekly Phlashback Saturdays! We go back into the PlayStation history vault once every two weeks to talk about the classic games of the PlayStation history and see if it was or still is a great game. There is one thing that is a obvious category we must turn down the influence of the review, and that is the graphics. With that said, lets get started. This week we will be going back to pay homage to a solid installment in an epic series we all (should) know and love: Twisted Metal Black. The Twisted Metal series was always one to know the correct balance between speed and destruction.
Everyone knows Twisted Metal... I mean literally everyone! Whether it is simply a childhood classic for you, or one of the worst, mind-corrupting disgraces to entertainment you can think of, you've at least heard of this iconic title.
Wreck through every opponent like a tank with this list featuring the best vehicular combat games on the PS2.
The WellPlayed crew gathers to pitch an appropriately deranged set of options for the future of Twisted Metal.
All I ask for is a new Twisted Metal that allows flat screen & PSVR2 cross play that also supports a wheel.
Would be heaven.
They need to get the enemy AI balance right. Thats what made 2 the best in the series. Black was abysmal in that dept.
You don't. Do sequels. If you've gotta reboot, might as well do a new IP. God of War is the only game I can say that did a successful reboot
