January is Finally Over, a Rant about the State of the Gaming Industry

In one month the gaming industry managed to infuriate me to no extent. Let me start this off by saying that “I love gaming”, yes I quoted Kevin Butler because it’s exactly what I feel, but last month my favorite hobby left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

The story is too old to be commented.

Great read, you should reconsider Bulletstorm though, I thought not much of it myself until I saw some demo Impressions footage on HipHopGamerShow.com now I'm thinking it looks pretty sick,

I feel that the novelty will wear off quickly. I'll wait for the reviews.

I played the demo and and all I thought was: "would be cool if I could have that pull-kick combat system in some other games". I applaud them for that but, meh.

Plus what's up with video-commercials suddenly popping up on my screen? Do I have to adjust my popblock again?

@Hitman, HHG can overhype things alot

Exactly what I thought of bulletstorm.
I'm not getting any video popup ads, maybe it's county specific.

HHG takes overhyping and sensationalism to a new extreme.

One more thing about Bulletstorm, I'm not really into Sci-fi shooters as I prefer Modern or WW2 setting, so a sci-fi game has to be superb in order for me to consider it.

idk, bulletstorm looks kinda fun
