Sentinel is the latest character announced for MvC3, but is he too powerful for the beat 'em up? Kapow Games discusses the imbalance brought to the game by Magneto's henchman complete with the latest videos and screenshots.
Capcom has removed GFWL from PC versions of Lost Planet 1 and 2 as well as other titles on Steam alongside support for online features.
The earnings reports of Capcom's Fiscal year 2024 showcase the growth of PC over console, with 60% of game sales being made on the former.
What’s interesting is that, given how well their games sell, it’s very likely most of them fall into the 25/75 revenue split bracket. The larger ones, like Monster Hunter, are in the 20/80 bracket.
So even accounting for the vastly superior regional pricing on PC, I wouldn’t be surprised if revenue-wise from digital sales, both platforms are close, or if PC is ahead as well.
Yes PC is the biggest platform and it has definitely improved as a home console of sort plug and play. It's the only platform with actual freedom for gamers with modding. I was a console gamer for over 38 years and now I only play on Pc. Whether you are buying pre-built or building it yourself it's now easier than ever before to jump in
And my experience with pc gamers has been excellent, they are helpful with any questions on pc boards
They spoke about resident evil and monster hunter I would actually find the monster hunter breakdown more interesting tbh as I've always felt like this game would be at home on PC
but for resident evil it's always felt like a PlayStation mainstay despite having exclusivity elsewhere likely because it was where I first played it. The game feels like it's begging to be played lights off in the loungeroom late at night or also in VR I've never been as scared as I was playing re7 in VR
Is this really suprising? Looking at the evolution of the Switch, X|S and Playstation 5?
MHHQ - Capcom has issued an anti-cheat patent aimed at detecting and stopping game data tampering during Monster Hunter Wilds multiplayer hunts.
Yes he is..Ive played this game and blive me i see alot of cheap people picking him all the time.
He was overpowered in MvC2 too.
If I remember correctly, the actual Sentinels were meant to be formidable soldiers (or Magneto's minions?). In the comics a single Sentinel could be sent out to capture a mutant; they were kinda like the Dementors (Harry Potter) of Marvel. Any mutant who saw a Sentinel knew their azz was grass, but elite mutants could usually defeat/escape them. In the comics Sentinels were bad news, especially since there was an army of them. So did they dumb the character down the 1st time, or do it a better justice this time around?
Then again Juggernaut and the Hulk should produce 2 to 3 hit kills given their power on the grid, Magneto should be pretty much untouchable... so it is a game.
Besides, almost every fighting game I've played has at least one "cheese" character, so we could argue that it fits nostalgia-wise.
Have you guys not ever played the Sentinal in previous X-Men: Next Dimension fighting game????? He was powerful but not in the least bit unbeatable. Why is this news? Not like the character has never been used in the fighting game before.
They even mention games in the past that used the Sentinal... did they not play those games??? Sentinal was not over powered in the least bit. Now Psylock though...! She could over power me any day!
What a surprise! /s
