This image basically confirms that in Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon we will be seeing an alternate story. While it has been stated by Nintendo multiple times that this was the case, they were never really clear on it.

Not sure what bento box he is looking at...? That bento box had no chicken wings. It was a seafood bento box, unless that chicken had a funky crab claw arm! ha
Also, the 3DS is 3D so it would feed probably put the food directly in your mouth and pick it from any of the bento box slots.
Should have gone with the Kalbi Bento box... always my favorite!!!
