Do You Remember? - Dino Crisis

Yes, another edition of "Do You Remember". This time, it's the turn of Dino Crisis. The very first game, not the first sequel and it's awful second sequel.

Dino Crisis was one of those games many loved to play, but were just a little bit scared back in the day to keep playing, of course many had the guts to carry on!

That's what i was saying. I always think everyone started gaming when i did but i'm realising the majority of gamers are early 20's and teens. Sounds crazy, but I think most gamers now grew up on 3d games and NOT sidescrollers!!!

Part 1 had the horror atmosphere. Loved it.

Part 2 had the pure action gun blazing. Loved it.

Part 3 had................. Hated it.

I remember when I got Dino Crisis 2 for christmas and I played it on my PSone. Damn it was so awesome. There was a rifle which shoots through the mail of the dinos. I can't remember the name.

Yes this game is amazing i need to go back and finish it again. Same thing for the second one capcom should release the second one on PSN. I never got to play the third one, I believe everyone from them saying its horrible but i still wanna see it for myself.

DC was like playing RE but with dino.. I was 10 and scared the shiat out of me.. Part 2 is OK, i love fast paced gameplay, but the story kinda meh..

I loved the 1st two games I think they should do a 4th game I think it would sell very well esp if the push it. One thing I'm missing this Gen is games that make people jump and on the edge of there seat. Res has lost this impact so a new direction on Dino crises would be welcome.

Dino Crisis 1 and 2 were great, but then they had Dinosaurs in space and all I could think was WTF?!! It wasn't too bad but it couldn't compare to the first 2.

The original Silent Hill, Dino Crisis, and Resident Evil (1&2) were the greatest survival horror games ever made. I still need to pick up Dino Crisis on the PSN...at $5 it's a steal.

i loved the game! i remember playing hours with it because i just could not beat a certain part of the game lol. i ended up giving up and never finished the franchise :( i heard about part 3 and didnt even bother playing it.. dinos in space? really?

I had the guts to carry on, but it damn required brains too! Some of the puzzles where as tough as Dino-Skin!

Classic game.

DC2 was great fun too. As for DC3, the CGI was pretty remarkable for it's time but it really was just a dog-turd. I liked the reference to Third Energy but tht was about it. Totally squandered an open opertunity sequal to Dino Crisis 2 capcom.

But am all for a re-boot, i'm just fearful they'll fuck it up.

Ahhh.....Dino Crisis, good times. I still have part 1 & 2 but never got to play 3 (I hear I didn't miss much). Those were the days when Capcom still kinda cared about what their fans wanted, Not like they are today (All about how much can we take out of a game and milk it for DLC).
