Tecmo Koei will be one of the headlining third-party developers supporting the Nintendo 3DS at launch in the coming months. With Dead or Alive Dimensions and Samurai Warriors Chronicles, Tecmo Koei is letting gamers explore a couple different game genres, but offering a nice initial selection of titles at launch. To commemorate the official launch pricing and dating of the Nintendo 3DS, Tecmo Koei has released new assets to Samurai Warriors Chronicles.
Siliconera: In the west, Epic Mickey: The Power of Illusion is the first third-party Nintendo 3DS title that will be available both at retail and on the Nintendo eShop. In Japan, that honour goes to AKB48+Me and Samurai Warriors: Chronicles 2nd.
Great news for those of you who just got a shiny new 3DSXL and are looking to expand your 3DS library. Several 3DS games have gotten price reductions/clearanced out at Best Buy and for those of you who can get to your local store to search for the titles this evening you can still take advantage of the B2G1 sales on all 3DS games. These games were all marked at a local store, did not appear to be a manager special and required no override at the register when purchasing them.
