If piracy does take off on the platform it’ll be the game publishers who feel the revenue pinch first and hardest. For every game released on the PlayStation 3, that game’s publisher pays a licensing fee to Sony that includes protection measures against piracy. If those measures have been swept away, their past investments are also moot.

Bet somebody could figure out Geohots social security number from being online. As soon as they figure it out, if they post it online, but say they are against identity theft so don't open credit cards in his name, there's nothing wrong with that...right. Especially since they own the computer they used to find it out.

the Constitution of the United States, grants you the right to say whatever you want. So that means you can use expolited codes to reveal Geo's online banking password and you can also tell other people his online banking password. It's legal because jailbreaking is legal. And anybody who doesn't understand that is not a true American.
