Has nothing to do with intelligence, Politics is all in regards to personal beliefs and opinions. As I stated before, my ideals match hers. It is all personal opinion. If it really was intelligence than statistically speaking most red states would have lower test scores and lower college admission rates due to them having a political belief.

I consider myself intelligent at least in the sense that I do not take any media at face value. Doesn't matter if it is CNN or Fox News. I do personal research based on candidates history, experience, opinions, and beliefs; then I vote accordingly. I don't allow anyone to intimidate or coerce me to vote otherwise.

Critical thinking is a major aspect of intelligence and if you don't have the ability to see that in every politically significant aspect Palin is incompetent then I would find it appropriate to consider you as unintelligent.

If someone like Palin best reflects your beliefs then those beliefs or your support of Palin should be in question, surely any other candidate with similar beliefs would be better.

As much as I disagree with her beliefs (ask her if she thinks the earth's age should be measured in billions or thousands) thats not the reason to ridicule her politically, its her political abilities that allow you to ridicule her politically.
