Why did they review Mass Effect 2 for the Xbox 360.....?

undercovrr4857d ago

Wow..I think famitsu is in denial. They probably still think there is no possible way of Mass Effect 2 coming to ps3.

I think you're just a little paranoid and have no idea what you're talking about.

The Xbox 360 version of Mass Effect 2 is releasing in Japan next week actually.

Why is a Japanese magazine reviewing a game that just came out in Japan? Hmmm.. I wonder. Not all countries get games released at the same time as they are in the country of origin. It's called localization and it takes time.

Cheeseknight284857d ago

It doesn't release in Japan for another week guys. Of course a Japanese magazine is just now reviewing it.

JB: Bloodstone deserves a lower score. The only thing great about the game was the Car sequences.

Wow, waiting that long for to play mass effect 2 is crazy. Happy I finished it last year, too many games this month.

It's strange seeing a japanese game magazine company review a western originated RPG and seeing it get a 36/40. I wonder if it makes them think that japanese RPGs are falling behind?

knifefight4856d ago

Final Fantasy XIII -- one of the lamest JRPGs in years -- got a 39/40.
Famitsu numbers are meaningless and there's no point to discussing them or trying to understand them, really, heh. XD

Remembering Medal Of Honor: The Forgotten Master Of WW2 Games

Ibrahim from eXputer: "The Medal of Honor franchise was once the crown jewel of FPS war games, later defeated by the tides of time and poor development."

They tried to turn it into Call of Duty and it killed it off. They should reboot it and go back to it's roots. But they'd ruin it with online-only/multiplayer style bullshit so why bother? I have very fond memories of these games, but this series can stay dead as far as I'm concerned.

Was literally just thinking of this game the other week with the secret nut cracker mission and the shooting Bismarck dog lmao. Loved these games as a kid

I wish they’d remake warfighter

Strictly for the campaign

I have fond memories of playing the Medal of Honor Breakthrough MP Demo. It had two maps and custom servers. Living on campus, I had it downloaded on one of the PC Lab servers so I could access it on any computer at the university. Joined a clan and made friends that I still keep in touch with today.
