The Japanese joint venture’s real-world electric car will include an interior sound created by Polyphony Digital. Deliveries of the production car (which is in Gran Turismo 7 already) will arrive in 2026, starting in California.
I had no idea Sony created a whole car brand with Honda. I thought that car they showed off years ago was some one time tech demo to then sell electronics to manufacturers. This is kinda cool. I'm curious to see how it will turn out.
edit: Actually nevermind. Apparently this thing will have a subscription plan. Bruh fuck that wtf.

Your comment makes it appear that you haven't played or seen a GT game since GT5.
GT Sport and GT7 have not only surpass modern Forza in sound, there some of the the best sounding racing games on the market.
Chris Barrett was one of the prominent developers who was fired a few years ago during the Me Too scandals that hit the game industry.

Reminds me of Sony's other awesome PS promotion in London, such as OXO tower and London underground roundels. All with shapes replaced with PlayStation's iconic 4 controller shapes.

I have said it before and I will say it again, don't rely on reviews judge the game for yourself. I don't get all the hate for GT5, is it because it plays like Gran Turismo because that's what I love about GT5 it brings back memories of when I was playing Gran Turismo 1 & 2 on PS1 Gran Turismo 3 & 4 PS2
still playing Gran Turismo 5. Fantastic game ever!
Just recently got the game and I love it! Haven't been able to play much but I have been going through the license tests and they're awesome, albeit frustrating. I know this review isn't really bashing it but I will never understand why it matters how long a game was in development. A bunch of reviews are like, " we waited 6 years for this and blah blah blah," like you couldn't play any other game until this one came out, that is just sad. Oh well, I love the game, and it seems a majority of those that own it love it, so it's all good.
