5 games we would like to hear something about in 2011

Sometimes our patience wears thin. We want to know all the information about games we’re interested in at once. 2011 certainly isn’t devoid of games, but there are a few titles we’re aching to hear more about. These are games that we expected video game companies to talk more about by now, or at least acknowledge they exist.

Can not wait for Versus XIII, when I first saw the E3 trailer I thought "best game EVER". Its pretty much the game I've always wanted, very dark, story driven, action, cool characters and setting, action rpg(my fav) and to top it all off Tetsuya Nomura, my hero, the man I look up to is leading the project. Like I said "BEST GAME EVER"

Its very hard to get excited for Final Fantasy these days... so I won't.

FF13 was a let down...But hopefully, Versus is going to make up for it...I just hope they don't make the same mistake they did with FF13, and we all know what was that mistake.

This game is gonna be awesome. But I hope SS(squaresoft) fans are aware that this game is a shout out to KH,CrisisCore fans. No full out time killing rpg. This is an "action-rpg". So Versus will not be that God send to SS fans.

But I never liked final fantasy rpgs. KH is what drew me to the franchise. Basically a more mature KH, what more could you ask for?

anywho, it's kinda like that Vagrant Story battle system as well but I liked what they did with FFXIII, all they have to do is deepen the upgrade system in that game, add more moves damn it; I want my characters to feel INSANELY GOD LIKE (and more).

Well just wait until January 18th, I'm pretty sure they should have some interesting news about. Hopefully it comes out next year.

I don't even care if it goes on the 360, the damn game needs to some type of time frame.

They might as well cross FFVSXIII off the list, it's getting it's own space & showing at "Square Enix 1st Production Department Premier" in January 18th 2011 in Japan. That and Agito and Dissidia Duodecim.

Expecting lots of juicy details.

Lots of people expected lots of details before with this and have been disappointed, I wouldn't particularly get your hopes up for it tbh, it'll probably be a mash-up of footage we've already seen and a few seconds of new footage.

The developers were involved in a battle with Tim Langdell (spelling) the "Edge" trademark troll and I haven't heard anything about the game in over a year. It looked really, really promising.

Development stalled, but was resumed. It still has a website too.

We haven't had a proper steam-punk game in ages. I'm dying for this. Hopefully 2011 will be the year.

Yeah I remember that game it was announced around the time or at least a bit before Damnation [not to sure of the official time actually] though I do remember the game looked quite interesting.

Good stuff. I'm gonna form a company and make a game about watching paint dry exclusive for the PS3. Hopefully people like you number in the millions so i'll be RICH. Gotta love people who buy a game just cause its exclusive :)

But on a real note, I am VERY interested to get info on Agent. Rockstar is on a roll. Loved GTA 4 (SCREW THE HATERS), and RDR has received tons of praise, i need to get around to picking that one up.

also the haters you see on the internet complaining that gta4 was rubbish only account for a teeny tiny fraction of people who bought and played the game.

Good list but short.theres a lot of games i want in 2011 but to name a few AC3 brotherhood was awesome i can't wait to see what happens next! as well as Batman:ac,uncharted 3 are the ones i want most and theres even more games i want to play!

I just hope that when valve releases episode 3 its more than 6h of playtime. I wonder if they will continue with the current storyline or jump to a point in the future and call it half-life 3. Another interesting question is whether we will play as gordon freeman or someone else. Perhaps adrian shepard.

A Tales game coming to America that it.I am sorry if I am not that excited about FF13Versus,but we haven't even seen some real gameplay from it yet 0_0 so I dont know what to say. I know it is made by the maker of Kingdom Hearts so I dont think it will suck like FF13 did.

Don't get your hopes up for FFvs13. Just like FF13, this game will go multiplatform. Remember how long they took on FF13?(only to get a mediocre game at the end)

Also, Square are in financial trouble so my statement does have some logic to it.
