Akella recently released PT Boats: South Gambit, a standalone expansion of their World War 2 naval simulation PT Boats: Knights of the Sea. We had a chat with Roman Tsoy, discussing the many facets of the game and more.

Therefore, a game titled PT Boats: Knights of the Sea will have Pacific missions, right? Wrong! This game, published by Battlefront and developed by Akella, has no whiff of frangipani, just cold North Sea cod. The small craft of Britain, Germany and the Soviet Union did have exciting times, though, and learning about MTBs and Schnellbooten could be fun. However, this product attempts to do too much and loses itself in its several modes."
