Mana Pool: Right now we can only recommend this game to hardcore farming enthusiasts. For those people, Farming Simulator 2011 is most likely the best product on the market. For anyone else – if Giants Software make a few tweaks this could be a huge hit, so you might hear about the series in the near future.
Henry Osadzinski of Brash Games writes "Farming Simulator 2011 certainly won’t win any awards for its original setting, blistering action or heart-wrenching plot but that’s not the point. We’re here to farm and farm well".
Not that I care about the game in the slightest, but that is one of the better reviews I've read in ages, keep up the good work.
HOW DARE THEY GIVE THIS GAME A 4/10 IT EASILY DESERVES A 10/10 AND GAME OF THE YEAR!!!1!!11!

Publisher, Excalibur, is set to release a 'platinum edition' of its 2011 Farming Sim in October. Now, Farming Simulator 2011 is not Farmville. It's not even Harvest Moon. This is a hardcore sim game that tries to accurately recreate life on the farm.
Well, I love farming in Minecraft...why not?! (Although I think it's because in Minecraft, there's an important purpose to it....your own survival. Probably not as fun.)
Do you get lots of pointless subsidies from the government in order to prolong your pitiful rural existence?
Publisher's range of simulation titles continue to perform strongly in PC sales charts.
When you think of a Top Ten PC game, the likes of StarCraft II, World of Warcraft, The Sims and Football Manager probably spring to mind. You certainly don’t think of Farming Simulator 2011.
But this quirky little niche game not only raced into sixth place in the PC Top Ten, it did it during what was a very busy November for new releases.
Even its publisher Excalibur was surprised by its success.
Farming simulator? HAHAHHAHAH
