Gamesradar writes: On the fifth anniversary of the beginning of the current console generation, we decided to take a little look back. The difference is while most people are looking at this generation's successes with reverence, examining the wonders these machines have brought us, we’re choosing instead to use this milestone as another chance to mock some of the most epic failures we’ve ever seen.
The Fallout 4 next-gen update is now live, bringing with it improved performance and visuals, as well as brand-new exclusive content. This new update brings the latest single-player entry in the series up to modern standards, with it also marking an official PS5 release of Fallout 4.

Im surprised DLC wasnt on this list, or at least Online Passes.
I vote GFWL as the most failed, followed by Too Human
i don't understand his logic...
ps3 system updates are 3 or 4 places HIGHER thant the red ring of death?
how can a system fault that breaks your xbox box be not as bad as updates?
also YLOD doesnt feature on the list either when it should.
Shadowrun was dope.
DLC is the main cause of incomplete & unbalanced gaming experience, also the games that have the project 10$ if you buy it used(more rape to consumers)...
