Ubisoft considered incorporating co-operative play into Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood – but the short development time meant it wasn’t feasible to implement it.
AC imo is one of those games which will benefit greatly from co-op. Im not saying that they have to integrate it into story, but maybe Co-op specific missions will be great, such as where one takes on the guerads whilst the other chases the target, or where one has to traverse a tomb to open a door for another assassin etc..
I agree 100% Hopefully AC3 will implement it.
They should have done this. The game's called Brotherhood after all - working as brothers would have been awesome.
this would be good, but you would have sync you're story progress with you're friends. wouldn't work to well
Whihc is why i said that co-op specific missions, set aside from story, such as co-op MP missions in MW2
I'm betting they'll incorporate co-op play into Assassin's Creed 3.
Might as well confirm it for AC3 then
i think the co-op in assasin creed would work better than the multiplayer i hav'nt played mp yet but seen it and think its kinda senseless i cnt see myself playing it just my opinion everyone has different taste
I would of preferred co-op over Verses MP but they prolly figured they would get more sales that way.
Oh absolutely. Imagine waiting in line at PAX to play Co-op! Sounds exciting, ehh? xD
CO-OP in a title like this would be so rad :D stealthing around is good fun. Stealthing around with a mate.. purrfect ^_^ A fusion of the two would also be exellent -- an SP map where one player assumes the role of Assassin, one as the templar.. Every game would take an hour or sth, but still.. suspense :D it'd be hella fun Remember how the first Perfect Dark had that?
