New Infinity Blade Screenshots: The First Unreal Engine Game for the iPhone

Here are some fresh screenshots of Epic Games’ first iPhone title “Infinity Blade”. The game will be running on a version of the Unreal Engine that is optimized specifically for the iPhone and will allow players to swing weapons using swiping gestures on the touch screen. The visuals seem to be pushing the iPhone’s processing capabilities to its limits and are beyond any game released for the platform so far. |Techspotlight.net

I feel alot of mobile gamers are kids which will at some point probably turn to console or pc. Mobile gaming just doesn't cut it for me.

AlterRecs42d ago

tru dat, but i feel like it's gonna be a lot more viable for people who travel a lot or don't want to invest in a full gaming rig. Think of it as a Switch on drugs, with a LOT more room for free illegal downloads.

Beh. Tim Sweeney is such a pain. He's always trying to force Apple to play by his rules. He should make his own phone, and launch his own app store there and see if he can make it viable. Options are nice, unless they're parasitic, i.e. Epic Games / CCP.

"He should make his own phone, and launch his own app store."

This is the future of gaming.

I hope not I hate gaming on phones

Sorry that apple isn't able to get away with being corrupt.

Imagine being on Apple's side in basically anything. 😂
