Who would have thought that we would have a sequel to Fable II so soon? The Lionhead produced action RPG sold very well and pushed the series that started on the Xbox to new levels. 2yrs later comes Fable III. You continue your adventures in Albion once again but this time it’s to start a revolution. Can Peter Molyneux and company improve on the AAA title that stormed the holidays in 2008?

M.O.A.T takes place in Albion, so it´s possible that Pete is working on new partnership with Xbox, which imo, is nothing but great news!

If anyone knows his name you have to be extremely skeptical that what he delivers will be anything like what he says it would be and that’s best case scenario.
I remember Black & White (PC) but other than that I can only think of Fable, B&W was a pretty cool game tho at the time.
Populous was another one designed by Peter, released before B&W, godlike game as well, pretty good too.

The guy is a gaming legend for gamers who actually knows and played his games, like Dungeon Keeper, Populous, Black & White and Fable for example.
I'm certain that most who actually know who he is would contest your use of legend. He's the living, human embodiment of false advertising.

There´s an abyss between false advertisement and bad games.
Most gamers will get excited for games from great gaming creators rather than focus on their exaggerated promises.
Kojima described his Xbox exclusive game as "very unusual like no one has ever experienced before, leveraging the cloud." He said all publishers he presented the project, called him mad and rejected his game but Microsoft, because it´s too crazy.
Is Kojima exaggerating? Obviously. It´s gonna be a bad game? Hardly.

Well, he's not associated with it. Giving interviews talking about features never at any point mentioned with devs let alone introduced.

Fable II launched back in 2008 and remains the best the series has offered. Ahead of the series comeback, it's time to look at the classic.
Loved this game, oh and i always saved my dog at the end, hope the new Fable has a animal companion.
Fable 2 was the best inthe series. Peter waaaaaaay over promised with fable 1 and it was good but disappointing. He didn't go crazy eith hype for the second game and it was surprisingly awesome. Then he ran his mouth promoting 3 and it was the worst of the 3.
Funny story: Fable 3 had a funny way of keeping the promises you made in the first half of the game and having enough money to defeat the darkness.
You only had to collect enough money to buy 2 stores in a busy market district. You then raise the prices to maximum and you turn xbox 360 internal clock 99 or more years ahead.
The next time you load the game, all the rents from the 99 years are collected immediately.
But yes I agree that 3 was the weakest of the three.
I only got to play it once 😩 I'm so tempted to buy a Xbox 360 slim but planning on getting the series x soon since I got a PS5 in February Im ready to get saints row 1&2 back, GTA 4, fable 2, but I also want to play infamous 1&2 again Sony screwed us over with the stream only for saints row 2 and other gems smh
