If you want a game to be realistic, nudity should be included by default, if it's an RPG like Fallout or Oblivion. The Americans, however, wouldn't have it.

Welcome to the world of PC gaming. If a game supports modding, and it's popular, it WILL have nude mods. Even many games that don't directly support modding have nude hacks.

This does, but you have to have the game ripped to your computer first to modify the files and an uncooth system of witchery. Then only 10% of mods are compatible and fallout will probably crash ever more... I'd stick with pc.

most Fallout 3 mods are compatible with Fallout New Vegas and there was tons of nude mods for Fallout 3... not a big deal unless your sensitive about that kind of stuff

I mean seriously, PCs have had nude patches for almost every game. This is one of many nude patches for New Vegas.

And for all the people who think this is sad or sets a bad image for gamers, you do realize this is a game that let's you dismember people right?
