This is what it deserves. It's the same old platformers Nintendo's been pumping out since the NES, with a unique art style, and zipper pulling.

No I've done something that many of you haven't done. I read and listened to each review that's been posted so far. And every site has said the same thing.

1) The art style is great and unique.
2) The game is about 6hours long, very easy, and aimed at a younger audience since you can't die.
3) The platformer is what you expect from Nintendo

Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario Bros. 4, New Super Mario Bros. DS, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Yoshi's Island, Super Princess Peach, Mario and Luigi Partners in time, Paper Mario, Super Paper Mario, Mario and Luigi Bowser's Inside Story, need I go on.

Nintendo has been making the same games since 1983 they stopped and evolved when the N64 and Gamecube and boom they're back at it with the Wii. These games need to reflect the score they deserve, and fanboys need to take Nintendo's Wii out their u know what and come back to reality.

If MS or Sony came out with the same game you can guarantee it would have struggled to get anything over a 8.5. Nintendo has gotten a free pass with the Wii this entire gen, and it's probably one of the worst consoles they've made IMO. It's a success, but it lacks the same devotion that they put into the Gamecube, I found myself playing and buying more Gamecube games than Wii games when I had a Wii.

Sure, because Halo reach is wildly different from Halo 3, and Call of Duty is always new and innovative, and my oh my God of Wars is always so new and fresh!!!/s

Halo has 5 FPS games, and it's a franchise that's why the games are the same.

Nintendo's entire gaming library is the same platformer they've been making since NES.

I have nothing against Nintnedo, I've owned every Nintendo handheld and console, but be honest they pump out the same games EVERY SINGLE GEN. A platformer for just about all of their franchise, that probably run off of the same game engine with a slight twist and reskinned and call it a new $50. BS.

And again I have nothing against Nintendo, their business model is brilliant. Let these idiots continue to buy the same game over and over while we profit from.

I appreciate Zelda and Metroid for moving beyond that stigma.

Their whole library really? So you mena that Mario plays like Fire Emblem, and Pikmin play like F-zero, and Starfox plays like Chibi robo, and Custom Robo plays like Pokemon?

I can assure you they do not! You think just because you "claim" to have owned nintendo consoles, people will believe this garbage you spew. Hell, I'll come out and say it! I HATE SONY! But I still love PS1 and PS2 BECAUSE THEY ARE AWESOME, and unlike everything else Sony I purchased, they didn't break.

Oh, I don't think Kirby is just for girls. Kirby Super Star is still one of my favorite SNES games.

I'm just getting it for her because I know her well enough to know she'll like it, and Christmas is right around the corner after all.

I actually like all the games I mentioned except for God of War LOL I think the idea of defeating war itself is stupid (Heck, Zuess can't beat him directly), but then again, I play Mario LOL
