A Cupcake for Gabe2944d ago

Before you wacky teen liberals jump down fox news' throat, CNN, MSNBC & HLN all called this disgusting and horrible and unamerican. It's just the media as a whole. No one understands anything in the media. It's always blown out of proportion.

you want to know who is Taliban leader? watch this:

http://www.youtube.com/watc...

you want to know what he said to the Americans few weeks ago? read this:

"KABUL, Afghanistan — The Taliban's shadowy leader told Afghans on Wednesday that the insurgents are winning the war and warned Americans that they are wasting lives and billions in tax dollars by continuing in the conflict.

In an end-of-Ramadan message posted on jihadist websites and relayed by the Site Intelligence Group, the Taliban leader also said the Americans and their allies will soon leave the country. He urged his fighters to adhere to his code of conduct and avoid harming civilians – instructions U.S. commanders say the Taliban frequently ignore.

"The victory of our Islamic nation over the invading infidels is now imminent and the driving force behind this is the belief in the help of Allah and unity among ourselves," Mullah Omar said. "In the time to come, we will try to establish an Islamic, independent, perfect and strong system."

In remarks directed to the American people, Mullah Omar said the U.S. military had failed to achieve its objectives after nearly nine years.

"You should know that your rulers have continuously told you lies since the beginning of the aggression on Afghanistan until this very day. They have wasted hundreds of billion of dollars of your tax money in the shape of financial expenditures and your manpower in Afghanistan and have still been wasting them," he said.

"Therefore, they should abandon their headlong stubborn policy. Otherwise, the Americans will themselves face humiliation and disgrace before any one else does that.""

you want to know about Taliban? watch this till Taliban take control of Kabul, from that point the media lie starts:

IaMs122944d ago

Hey this is kind of like free advertising im still going to probably purchase it sooner or later. Its still ridiculous though, i mean im sure they dont want MoH branded for supporting the Taliban, its just a game.

Unfortunately this country, as in the USA is losing the shine that i loved about it. Im still patriotic, and im glad others are now finally opening their eyes

Christopher2944d ago

Yes, of course it is. All of the profit from the game is going right into the hands of the Taliban so that they can buy weapons and train terrorists. /s

LeonSKennedy4Life2944d ago

I don't mean to be facetious, but have you actually read the first amendment?

It gives us freedom to talk about the government any way we'd like.

It has nothing to do with saying anything we want about anything.

being_in_itself2944d ago

1st amendment does provide for freedom of speech not related to the gov't. It says:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Note the semi-colons vs commas used -- the semi-colons establish different, unique rights. Remove the non-freedom of speech establishments in this clause, and it reads: Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of press.

Now, there are obvious limits imposed on freedom of speech -- i.e. you can't yell "FIRE" in a movie theater when there is none. Limits such as these are common.

The 1st amendment extends far beyond speech re the gov't however.

mittwaffen2944d ago

Got to love mainstream media..what a bunch of shit.

Oxymoron282944d ago

@Pimpmaster;

Taliban are in Afghanistan. Rebuilding Iraq had nothing to do with that war.

tinybigman2944d ago

this again WTH it's just a damn game.

tacosRcool2944d ago

So when movie makers document and make movies about violence, do that mean they support violence?

SnakePlissken2944d ago

You can blame the libs for that one, brotha!

murcielago42943d ago

i wasn't gonna say anything about this but i'm fucking sick and tired of all these stupid ass people talking about MOH. it's just a game, hell i bet if this lady's son was still alive he would of probably buy it. no i'm not disrespecting this lady or her son i understand her lost and pain but she has to get over it and move on. her problem is that she thinks that when people play this and die there gonna be laughing cause they got killed by a Taliban and she thinks that in some weird way there gonna be laughing at her son. this lady needs mental help and therapy.

MagicAccent2943d ago

All political correctness aside.

A big fucking *clap clap* to that fox reporter, I can't belive Fox actually hired a rational human being, and allowed him to get his facts right. Well done.

No, medal of honor is supporting the tier 1 operators and marines. At the end of the game the tier peeps will most likely win, not the taliban.

If anything its supporting EA since EA will get money.

peedie162944d ago

it just a fucking GAME damn man get over it

JLesinski2944d ago

Yes we did deal with Osama and arm the Taliban back in the 80's to fight the Russians when they were invading Afghanistan during the Cold War

nycredude2944d ago
