Lakitu should be in the top 5. I hate that fucking bastard. He throws spinys at you, which is bad enough, since they are so hard to kill, but does it while floating around in a smiley face cloud, which may as well be a damn middle finger sticking straight up at you. To make matters worse, he wises up and switches sides all the fucking time. What a pussy.

Also missing from the list, the electric jellyfish from SMB3, the munchers from SMB3, Chain chomps, FAWFUL?!?!
