"A coder by the name of ifcaro has released his tool to browse the contents of sony debug .pkg files. PKG files are Sony’s format that is used to install applications and PSN games to the ps3. This currently does not work with retail format pkg’s only developer/debug pkg’s. According to ifcaro this program uses absolutely no copyrighted code and is 100% legal. This program is still very early (beta) and can not remove folders or make your own pkg’s yet."
