Crysis 2 Won’t Be Intimidated By Other Titles Release Dates

Crysis 2 was supposed to be out for the holidays, however Crytek announced that the will see a release next year instead, on March 22nd.
Many concluded that the developer was afraid of Call of Duty: Black Ops and Halo: Reach releasing around the same period, and so the move had to be made.
EA Partners boss David DeMartini says that’s not the case at all. For him, nothing could “intimidate” Crysis 2.

It's only natural to feel a little overshadowed by the king of kings, Halo Reach. I'm suprised that Gran Turismo doesn't push their game back also. Then again I guess people that only have PS3's (why???) need something to play too, even if it is a boring @#$ sim racer.
