It's been reported both OzMods.com and Quantronics are being sued by Sony over their sale of the PSJailbreak usb dongle mod. The retailers have both issued statements regarding the legal ordeal they are facing. It seems not only are the sites required to stop selling the chips, they are also supposed to give all their PSJailbreaks to Sony. Both sites have yet to issue any refunds to customers. They ask customers wait until August 31, the date of the court hearing, to hear the court's decision.
Game Rant interviews Plants vs. Zombies composer Peter McConnell about honoring the series’ quirky roots, adapting its themes, and now going vinyl.
The score for the first Plants Vs Zombies is such great, iconic music that it has a timeless quality. Not quite the level of Minecraft, but wonderful in its own right.
Celebrate Final Fantasy IX's 25th anniversary with the latest merchandise, including figurines of Zidane and Vivi, and a range of t-shirts.

Give them hell Sony!!!!!!! I know the hackers won't win. I am sure Sony talked to their lawyers before they decided to sue them. they probably know what the outcome most likely will be. Besides, what do a couple of low life hackers have to fight Sony with?
i love the defiance of ppl who steal something then try and sell it. the fucking nerve. i bet if i went to their shop, stole their money they wouldnt be so 'understanding'.
LOL @ Quantronics. So full of themselves. So full of crap.
"TO THIS DAY, we stand for the same beliefs, values and will at ANY COST fight for what we believe in, the rights we should have and in a david vs goliath battle, we will give it our best"
Except David wasn't a thief and Goliath wasn't a corporation making awesome TVs and Games.
hell ya sony aint fucking up with this like the psp
lol making statements about where you sent a batch of illegal shit does not put you in the clear. I'm not sure what they're getting at here, it's less illegal because homebrew is the moral side of jailbreaking?
Now Sony will want the units they gave away, probably setting down a lawsuit on whoever the homebrew developer was, too. It is Sonys property after all.
