Expectation is the mother of disappointment, and that's especially true when it comes to video games. By making grandiose promises that, for one reason or another, simply couldn’t be met, the hype machine has wrecked more than a few games over the years. Here are some of the worst offenders.
Palworld Mobile has been rumored for a long time, and now we know that Krafton has struck a licensing deal for the monster-taming adventure.
Xbox Game Studios and 343 Industries first-person shooter, Halo Infinite, has been profitable for some time.
Is the next game, the Infinite sequel made using the same slipspace engine or Halo 1 remake made using UE5?
Likely former.
A faithful release of a beloved classic? That's Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed as it starts painting pictures on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC.
OMG Daikatana, one of the most overhyped biggest POS's ever created.
Hey I totally agree with Killzone, I never liked the first game and I couldn't belive the hype it created. However the sequel I did like. ^_^
killzone no, halo yes
People love to love Pac-Man. I think most of the time that I go to play in an arcade it winds up being Mrs. Pac-Man rather than Pac-Man. Huge difference, one is the same level over and over and the other has a few different levels.
good list, and no Halo won't be on that list, the first one at least it was a great FPS unlike Halo 3 and the later iterations of course
