Rainbow Six Siege MouseTrap Update Release Date, Features and More

Ubisoft's mid-season release for R6 Siege will introduce one of the most awaited MouseTrap anti-cheat features. The new MouseTrap anti-cheat is for the console version of the game, specifically designed to tackle the problem with the mouse and keyboard cheaters on consoles.
Players who have disabilities and can’t use a controller can opt to scan a QR code on the screen and Ubisoft will inspect each case separately to allow the use of a keyboard and mouse for those who need it.

Cameron Lee Named as Rainbow Six VP, Executive Producer

"The Rainbow Six franchise is having a big year so far, with the announcement of Rainbow Six Mobile and the recent launches of Rainbow Six Extraction and Rainbow Six Siege's Demon Veil season. Now, Ubisoft Montreal has appointed videogame-industry veteran Cameron Lee as Vice President, Executive Producer.

In his new role, Lee will be responsible for creating the long-term brand strategy for the Rainbow Six franchise, and aligning and collaborating with all internal partners. Lee comes to the role with more than 20 years of experience as a producer, manager, and VP at companies including EA, Activision, Bungie, and BioWare, and has worked on such franchises as Tony Hawk, Call of Duty, and Dragon Age."
