Diablo 3 will not be out for a while still anyhow, I will bet money that DS3 will be out before Diablo 3. Blizzard are amazing PC developers and put 110% effort in polishing their games. Yes, it has been in development for a long time, however, it will be worth it once it is released.

joke topic?

edit: hah, evrfighter beat me to it.

can't wait for DS3, and indeed D3.

That's not really the same genre, so I don't see competition here.

I just hope DS will be out before D3 :D

Probably not, but it'll come out a good year before Diablo 3. Anyone who thinks Diablo 3 is coming out any time soon is kidding themselves. I'll probably get both. Most people don't play games for more than a few weeks to a month at most anyway, what's the big deal with getting both?

JsonHenry5414d ago

same here man. I will be getting both as well.

JsonHenry5414d ago

Of course it COULD. But any game COULD if the devs put enough work into it. Diablo is not so great it couldn't be outdone.

Just the chances of a smaller dev studio pulling it off is unlikely.

Torchlight 2 is being made by a tiny team and it already sounds like it's going to come pretty close. Sure, it might not surpass it, but for the amount of development time and money they are putting into the game it is quite a feat.

Absolutely insane. Man I'm hope they land on their feet EA needs to get the shit together badly....

This is why this industry has slow releases and none compelling games.

Why would anyone willingly work in the VG industry or specifically for one of these globocorp organizations that put you in constant fear of losing your livelihood based on terrible choices made by idiotic management, not the people with talent making the actual games?
