TQcast:If you had any doubt that PlayStation Move would be for the hardcore gamers, then erase that thought. Sony proves the Move is for the hardcore by making hardcore games Move compatible.
move looks promising
thanks god... i dont need put rails on my living room (and trow away all my furniture) to play games with my Move. Motion controller games: Move For the rest.. i have my Ps3 and my 360, i can choice the best multiplatform version, and play all the exclusives... yeeeeha... but i don want games on-rail... boring
kinect by a mile n the wii with real hd graphics n seriously hardcore games XD
Mass Effect 2 for the PS3 to use Move (Optional) Now watch HHG read my comment and but it on his Headline for his Sunday show. @ Below - I agree dude. Move and ME2 are like Bead and Butter.
if they add move support for PS3 version of ME2 then i will end up owning that game for all platforms they released it on lol
It is becoming more apparent every day that move is getting stronger and Kinect is getting weaker.
It's like Move is Kinect's Kryptonite!
At least more capable.
Move is the only choice for core gamers. Just like Ps3 is the only choice for real gamers. If you don't own a 360, you'll miss out on Halo, Forza, and Gears. If you don't own a Ps3, you'll miss out on a LOT of genre defining, GOTY-level games getting pumped out year after year.
As for casual gaming I also think PS Move is better than Kinect in that region. If people don't have a 360 they can still play Halo 1 & 2 and Gears 1 on PC. Also Mass Effect 1, L4D 1/2 and Fable II, and III are playable on the PC. I got both systems also, but I haven't used my 360 in a while. Hopefully Halo reach changes that.
"Dead Space 2 without rails" This sounds like a dream, but when was it announced? MAG is THE reason I'm preordering MOVE right away, and no waiting for next year.
I already got mine pre-ordered
http://n4g.com/news/586014/... Is not confirmed, but still looking if they Confirmed, it is only for Dead Space Exctraction for now. But I think it will be the case like RE5 Gold Edition. I don't know if Dead Space 2 Limited Edition will be Compatible only or the Normal Edition too. But is not clear
@raztad I know man, and since I too am getting Move for MAG, I will probably end up buying a bunch of Move games, simply cause I wiil have already bought the damn thing. Sony is pure genius. Forget spending money on advertising. Just use that money to hire more scientist. LOL!
Has it been confirmed for Dead Space 2? I thought it was only Dead Space: Extraction. Also, MAG supporting Move seems like a great way to test out Move support even further for SOCOM4.
There should be zero doubts Move is for all games. Disagree if you regret pre-ordering Kinect.
"Disagree if you regret pre-ordering Kinect." That was a pretty funny line.
Edit: double post... and my bubbles are dead :( Edit: LOL at disagrees for my mistake...
I'm curious to see how it'll work in MAG. I'm GLAD it's coming, but I am intrigued!
I will definetly get move and will try it out. If not i will transition back to DS3, but i have a good feeling about this. Also id like to see more of sorcery.
same here im interested in sorcery too. As for the move itself I need more convincing, I have the wii and its completely useless.
most multiplatform games plus most wii games will be potential Move enabled games. No point having a innovative system that would allow you to control games via your thoughts IF theres no worthy games to play using it. With the psM sony played it safe and improved on a working system. The proof of their motion control history is all over youtube so i aint hearing the BS hate about mii too when those same dudes day kinect isnt an eyetoy 2
Are you sure it's for the hardcore? I'm sure it works as well as advertised but I don't remember core gamers asking for this. To me "hardcore" is a controller. They can say it's for us all they want and I'm sure some people will buy it but how many people do they honestly expect to run out and get this? I'm not picking one up and I don't know anyone on my friends list that is either.
Move is a controller.
I agree that Move is being placed into hardcore titles but does that mean you have to use it? For me that answer is no, although I will give it a try on Tiger Woods PGA 11. It does seem likely that this venture will grab some of the gamers who got started on a Wii and now want to play higher quality and HD games. I can see a percentage of Wii gamers jumping ship to the PS3.
Depends if you like light gun games. PS Move is having a lot of support and I'm glad most of these games gives you the choice of Move or No Move option on the same game discs. I personally would like to try these games with the PS Move like PGA 11, MLB the Show, KZ3, Heavy Rain, LBP 2, Time Crysis, Virtua Tennis etc. and if you personally don't want to use the PS Move, but want to play these games then you don't have to, that's what's great about the option.
Try playing Resident Evil 4 Wii edition, and then try going back to the PS2/Gamecube game. It's not possible. I remember playing Dead Space, and being frustrated with the analog stick aiming. Of course I got used to it, but pointer controls are clearly superior. Now that move in in the mix, I'm gonna change my preorder from the 360 version to the PS3 version. And, I'm not looking back!
That's nice but show me some amazing games that can only be played with Move. I'm not about to go buy one when these games play just as well with a controller.
Yeah like make a Star Wars, or Zombie hack and slaher exclusively for PS Move.
thats wonderful, know how much of you will actually use it over standard ds3?
As a person who purchased a Wii before either my xbox or PS3, I can safely say, I would definitely prefer Move over DS3.
I'm most definetly gonna get MAG now. move support FTW.
Wasn´t expecting MAG to support Move at all. It´s great seeing Zipper supporting the game this way though.
Freaking MAG? Damn, Sony please no more or I might not have any money to get all this, I already got MAG but if they name anymore old games or new ones.....Well I won't be having any money for anything else but games. >_<
How can someone disagree with this? Must be a troll or someone with no life.
There is no denying it, weather you're gettng Move or not - that Sony's has the best strategy. Once the core gamers are on board, more and more and more developers will support Move... and that is the best advertising that is needed. Once the gamer - casual or hardcore, sees all the games on the shelf which support move, they instinctively know that it is a core purchase!
+bubble well said.
