are you sure Capcom said Marvel has to approve them or approve their own Marvel characters?
Cuz it's absurd! Why should Marvel approve Capcom's characters!!?

I think this editor worded it wrong cuz it doesn't make sense!
If it's Marvel characters then yes we can say Marvel will be strict with their IP and would want them approved for preferences but for Capcom is a no.
