The iPhone is a waste of money, in my opinion. Why pay 2x a normal smartphone for half the features and severely restricted platform with very little freedom, as well as restricted to one of the worst phone networks that overcharge for everything and is slow, ATT? Android phones are just much better, like the HTC Evo 4G. It uses 4G signals instead of iPhone's somewhat-out-of-date 3G, and the Android OS has 3x the features of the iPhone. Besides, developing for it is free.

comes out with a phone every year instead of every goddamn month. *Cough* HTC *cough*

It makes alot of sense to release an iphone5 or a new ipohne 4 redesign coz what everyone has now and is callin an iphone 4 is actually a prototype apple rushed out so since the one which was gotten by the press b4 it was released was not covered my copyright so the design could be copied and a cheaper ones would hv come into the market making the iphone reduce in value and price thus the antenna was still faulty. apple just pushed it out quick b4 anyone got their hands on the blueprint...
those who have the iphone 4 sorry but its always best to make sure a product is stable b4 diving in.. especially when u have controversial situations happening b4 it launches..

I remember seeing the huge line for this for and not to be an ass but I was saying in my mind....*freaking idiots*. IMO iphone was ahead at first but now with phones like droid, evo and the new nokia n8(hasn't released yet but soon)I don't see y people do some research about the product first. If it was free then wth, but spending hundreds of dollars?

Christopher5018d ago (Edited 5018d ago )

It likely won't be an iPhone5 if anything at all, just a modified frame of the iPhone4. Nothing else needs to change but the new external antennae concept, which other phone companies are having problems with doing as well due to the recent law changes to how they are utilized.

This is a rumour and am willing to bet everything I have it not true!

Next iPhone June/July 2011.

***Next iPhone June/July 2011.***

Umm.... that's not 'early'. That would be on time for their annual plan to release a new iPhone. 'Early' would be like November-January.

wow, that quickly? but it would make sense, kind of...

Baka-akaB5018d ago

why the wtf , you hardly have any right to be pissed ... after the second generation , you had to know that a new one would come almost every year , and make it obsolete .

Christopher5018d ago

You do know that new phones of every type come out with new models at least every year, right?

neotom5018d ago

I had the LaserActive... it was a nice collectors piece but not very practical. Especially when it came to needing recapping. I think i paid all of about $50 for the floor model from an incredible Universe back in the day. I ended up selling it many years later for $300 at the time due to it needing a new laser and the aforementioned recapping.

An honorable mention not on the list would be the VM Labs Nuon. It basically looked like any regular DVD player but it had ports on it for controllers to play specific games. one of which is still exclusive to it with Tempest 3000. It also offered nuon enhanced DVD movies with extra content not accessible by regular players.

Why Epic's Win Against Apple And Google Paves The Way For The Future Of Mobile Gaming

Epic Games winning its cases against both Apple and Google is shaping the way forward for the future of mobile gaming.

shinoff218350d ago

I feel alot of mobile gamers are kids which will at some point probably turn to console or pc. Mobile gaming just doesn't cut it for me.

AlterRecs49d ago

tru dat, but i feel like it's gonna be a lot more viable for people who travel a lot or don't want to invest in a full gaming rig. Think of it as a Switch on drugs, with a LOT more room for free illegal downloads.
