SquareGo : The first thing you might think of as you take the new Xbox 360 out of its box is that it looks just like an Alienware PC tower.
Backward compatibility works for many games on newer consoles, but titles such as The Simpsons: Hit and Run have been left out.
From base building to swinging willies, here are the best survival games around, which include a couple of less than obvious picks.
Interview with Stephen Russell, Actor for (Nick Valentine, Codsworth, My Handy) in Fallout 4 which is a vast open world role playing game set in the apocalyptic wastes of Boston, the Commonwealth. The career goes further with other Bethesda games from Starfield to Prey to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
This guy was being a fanboy. The new 360
looks great! It plays great! Everything so
far is great. Im thinking about buying one!
"You see, the authorisation process only works on 30 items at a time"
"This means every so often you'll come across something that won't work offline or in other profiles."
Um, no its called content licenses. If you get a new 360 and don't transfer your content licenses, only certain content will work offline. If you use the license transfer tool, all your DLC and full games will work offline with no problems at all. This guy really needs to do some research.
"To add insult to injury, buying this new console will grant you no bonus Xbox Live Gold time on your account. None at all! This is quite unexpected, since previously all but the Arcade units (those with no hard drive) came with 12 months free."
It never has, I bought an arcade to replace my old 360 and I did not get 12 months free. Where is this guy getting this shit?
"Both have stripped down what you get in the box from launch, though it feels like Microsoft's approach will cost new users more in cables, accessories and, if wanted, Xbox Live Gold time. At least Sony have started shipping HDMI cables with the PS3."
Wrong again, one PS3 bundle came with an HDMI cable. The standard PS3 at Gamestop, Walmart, etc does not include ANY type of HD cables. Xbox 360 comes with HD composite cables.
"Let's take playing Mass Effect 2 as an example. Install disc 1, play to the point you change discs, quit game, uninstall disc 1, install disc 2, play some more, realise you have to go back, quit the game again, uninstall disc 2, re-install disc 1, finish stuff and on it went!"
Is this guy serious? He obviously never played ME2. You don't have to install anything, and you don't have to quit the game to switch the disc. A message pops up telling you to insert disc 2, by the time you put the disc in, turn around and sit down, you're back to playing.
If this guy wants to review or do coverage on anything gaming related, he better use google next time.
looks like somebody kicked it in front.. or dropped the shit already,..
This article is complete trash in my opinion and it seems he is very biased towards the 360. Also I won't be arguing with any Sony fanboys who wanna say otherwise because if there was a PS3 article with someone trash talking the PS3 you know you guys would use every excuse and every insult in the book.
How did this get aprroved, I feel dumber for having read it.
N4g, welcome to an all time low.
