Xugo Gaming's Samurai Sam: I feel that Deathsmiles sets a great standard for what a shoot 'em up game should be. When playing it, I always appreciate how it presents a real challenge while keeping the frustration level to a minimum. Whenever I get my butt kicked, I want to jump right back in and see if I can do better. Whenever the game starts to get frustrating, the various modes and options let players take it easier or try something a little different to keep the experience fresh. Whether you've never really taken the time to dig into a shmup before or if you're a seasoned veteran of the genre, Deathsmiles deserves some time in your Xbox 360!
