DualShockers writes, "I’m not going to even try to lie to you all. During our time at E3 if we had even stepped into the Nintendo booth for more than 60 seconds, that would be a miracle. To be quid honest, other than the 3DS (which was strapped to women’s special area on the show floor) there really wasn’t anything else going on at the Ninty Booth. The Wii title that did manage to grab our interest was brought to the show by 3rd party developers High Voltage Software and Publisher Sega and the game i’m talking about is Conduit 2. Not only did the game look great but we also had the chance to see how they would be able to answer to the cries of Wii gamers everywhere that have had to play through some sub par multiplayer experiences due to the lack of a traditional form of online communication. So how did they pull this off?...."
Leviathyn.com | Some of them were resolved, while others still have us begging for a conclusion. Here are six cliffhangers that all but blew our minds.
"Conduit 2 released as an exclusive Wii FPS just over 2 years ago now, on April 19, 2011. The game received an ESRB rating of "TEEN" with "Animated Blood, Language, Mild Suggestive Themes, Violence" listed as content for parents and gamers to be aware of. It was the sequel to the other exclusive Wii FPS The Conduit, which released in 2009.
While there really hasn't been a hint of the Wii U getting Conduit 3 yet, did U.S. Wii owners enjoy Conduit 2? How many hours have U.S. Wii owners reported playing Conduit 2, since it released just over 2 years ago, and how do its averaged hours "Per person" compare to some other Wii FPS games? Brew yourself some coffee, and let's take a look!", writes CoffeeWithGames.
GameZone: "While the Wii was at the receiving end of both praise and criticism, the console still featured quite the library of impressive titles. Seriously. Let’s take a look back at the Wii one last time and celebrate 50 gems that were truly worth playing."
This game looks like it added a lot since the first title and the fact they are releasing a headset for the online is pretty epic. I wonder what the people using the Wii-mote will think though when they get destroyed by people using the Wii-Motion Plus.
I like that they listened to player feedback, and the four-person split screen is an awesome addition. Although, I still think it is weird when it is mentioned that this is a multiplayer FPS title for the Wii. Just seems like such an oxymoron. ;)
while some people may try and detract from the wiis affinity for shooting games, conduit was one of the only worthwhile additions from this genre to the console. This second one can only impress.
Havent had a chance to play the first one but it looks great.
to their community is what is really great. Getting people on board to make a headset shows that there's real commitment to the hardcore crowd. OMG, did I just use the word hardcore while describing a Wii title? What is this world coming to?
