Edit: The definition of porn is anything designed to arouse desire/lust. Which is exactly what these pics are intended to... they're considered softcore porn.

Erotica is porn too but I don't think that's really taken seriously. A lot of pop bands have pornographic aspects to there videos but it's not really considered a big deal in our society, and a lotta games have that typa stuff anyway. Not quite the same as this though.

Sony didnt remove the anime, they just removed the ability to download it for free. The problem with that is that even underage kids could go and download it without needing parental permission or anything.
