SW:TOR should of been number by far. If the game didnt look impressive enough by itself. Its done by bioware and no one makes better rpgs then bioware

Stop being such a blatant Bioslave. I'll just go ahead and point out that it's Bioware Austin that is making SWTOR, not Edmonton. Austin hasn't made anything so the game doesn't really get any brownie points in that department seeing as how for all we know they're just Bioware in name only.

I'm aware that Bioware Austin has members of Bioware that came down from Edmonton. Although, correct me if I'm wrong, but the majority of the staff is made up of ex-SOE employees. And yeah, I have a chip on my shoulder about SWTOR. I generally only comment on SWTOR articles because I have a lot to say on the subject. Again, it's a new studio. Just because it has some talent from Edmonton does not give it untouchable Bioware cannot fail status in my opinion.

I'm also extremely excited for Blade and Soul (haven't heard jack on this game recently though,) but last thing new I saw of it was a trailer sometime last year (or possibly in 2008.)

I'm also really excited for FFXIV. I hate Pay to Play though and doubt I'll be able to keep up with the subscription costs. Not to mention I don't really think I need an MMO while the semester is in. I've got a Bachelor's degree to earn and I can't make a career out of MMOs...well a real career anyways.

Me too, I think I'm around 1,300 hours (maybe almost 1,400,) but got tired of it. Now my PC can barely play the game (my Video card died.) I'll upgrade my PC (or build a new one) when Guild Wars II comes out though.

Star Wars: The Old Republic is by far my most anticipated MMORPG. I've never been interested in the genre until recently. Final Fantasy 14 also looks top notch. Its kind of curious how Microsoft purposely has limited MMO's. I suppose time will tell if MMO's only succeed on PC's.

I hope they'll manage to fix it until release, but unless we're actually playing an old Beta it doesn't look bright as there's about 2 months left.

It would be likely if it was put on hold, if they wish to make it a good game.

Probably gonna pre-order the Collector's Edition just in case, but won't keep my hope up.

It says DC Universe Online is a PS3 exclusive and won't be hitting the PC but they just started taking sign ups for beta on pc and ps3.
They threw in MMO's that we know little about. If they put in Blade & Soul and Vindictus, I'm surprised tehy wouldn't put in Tera.

SWTOR should switch places with FFXIV. I'm really interested in Blade & Soul. I'll definitely be giving it a try along with SWTOR and GW2. I just wish subscription fees were a little cheaper and I had the time to play all the games I want.

Boom. It has the same gameplay that everyone hates, and essentially the main reason that people don't play MMOs, or quit MMOs. Boring, repetitive combat. It baffles me that they are actually trying to ATTRACT single-player RPG fans to this game while using the exact same boring combat system that is keeping them from playing MMOs in the first place. Plus the $15 monthly fee that non-MMO players can't wrap their heads around. This game is going to fail hard after the first month. The single-player RPG fans wont stick around, simple as that.

Personally I think Guild Wars 2 and Tera are going to rule the PC MMO world, well of course most of it. WoW will still be at top. I also think that Final Fantasy XIV is going to be huge on the PS3 because it's going to be the first Fantasy MMO the PS3 will have for a long time. Hopefully Final Fantasy XIV delivers the goods.
