It's quite possible Sega of Japan knew that Otogi was going to be a tough sell from the start, so they brought in A-list talent to promote the game. Unfortunately, their idea of A-list talent is a now-fallen pop idol.

I'd just like to point out that Rise of the Ronin which recently released is in large part a Souls Like as is the upcoming Stellar Blade. And both games have 60 FPS.
