Engadget: knows the hazards that can befall retro gaming enthusiasts -- janky third party consoles and KIRFy handhelds not the least among them -- so it's nice to see someone put some real thought in their hardware. A new image, along with some details, have been listed for the newly-available 2.4Ghz Edition of the Hyperkin RetroN 3 Video Game System.
Really wish I had money for a RetroN 5. Also really wish I never bought an FC3 Plus, the controllers it came with are garbage. At least Hyperkin is smart and allows use of the original controllers.

Awesome, better then the sega genesis classic at Walgreens. This comes with NES, SNES, and genesis at the right price I'll try it. Still want to get the ouya for the videos and emulators.
In this episode GamerzUnite discuss the upcoming Macgyver game, why that ET landfill might not ever be exhumed, a first-person Jet Set Radio inspired game, teens having kidney failure at LAN parties after drinking 4 liters of redbull, and some company called Facebook bought this Oculus Drift thing... whazzat? Rift? Sounds like the name of a bad 80's hair band.

However, Hyperkin has announced their newest device: the RetroN 4. It will be officially unveiled at the Midwest Gaming Classic trade show.
So can most high end mobile phones.
Galaxy S2 will output 1080i to your TV with a miniusb-hdmi adaptor, has emulators for pretty much every system up to the N64 and you can even use a PS3 pad via bluetooth.
This system is at least like 4 years old...
How come i had never heard of it.
Nice design.
