The next box that needs to be ticked is, having a simple target to aim for. As long as the game mechanics are easy to understand then that is half the battle won. With this, Strawdog Studios have got it right again. The idea of the game is that you launch your avatar (which is either one of the cute characters within the game, or your own avatar) upwards to try and collect the coloured pieces known as DNA.
Daav from NoobFeed.com plays the Pc version of Xbox 360 indie game Space Ark. At least, that's the intention before realizing that Space Ark on PC is actually still Space Ark on Xbox 360, but now on a PC. It's the straightest port possible, menus and all.
CalmDownTom says, "The story behind the game is some completely nuts nonsense about space animals born from eggs that have to collect DNA crystals. Suffice it to say that’s not a great explanation of the story, but its not too likely you will care much."
