If there’s one thing Telltale Games does well, it’s storytelling. Between Sam & Max and the Monkey Island series, Telltale is the king of the narrative, as well as the point-and-click genre. Their newest series, Nelson Tethers: Puzzle Agent, employs Graham Annable’s sketchy 2D art style for the game, which looks great and fits the story very well. Telltale says the game is influenced by the Professor Layton series, and while the story and style won’t make you think of Layton, it is in fact very similar to the way Professor Layton works; but is it as good?

The wolf among us was an excellent game. Too bad we will probably never see any more.
