DualShockers writes, "The hilarious and bad-ass Aisha Tyler took some time out of her E3 to speak with DualShockers’ Senior Editor Al Zamora at the Microsoft area on the show room floor. AMD CEO Lisa Su talks about the Xbox AMD partnership, next-gen Ryzen + Radeon chips, and AI rendering tech coming to all Xbox devices.
AMD is really building hype around their unique partnership with Microsoft to help and build an advanced and seamless Xbox ecosystem across all Xbox consoles and devices.
I wonder what she meant by "full roadmap of gaming optimized chips" though? Seems ambitious.
Next year´s Xbox Showcase already looks promising and exciting. Here´s hoping they deliver.
Some odd, deliberate wording, no branding, not 'Xbox consoles, Xbox handhelds' specifically, feels and sounds like they're building towards hardware that anyone can be used or licensed to/by themselves and other manufacturers.
Multiplatform software and hardware 'Xbox/AMD APU'.
Shares vision....we provide chips for money, this deal will sell many chips, we will make lots of money...good vision
The marketing behind this is so heavy that I worry about the actual outcome. Why are they just not showing us the product, why all this talking in market speak?
Marathon was slated to launch on Sept. 23, 2025 across Xbox, PC, and PlayStation, but Bungie will share the new release date in the fall.
If they were absolutely certain about the quality of Marathon, then they had not delayed it just now.
So they've basically just confirmed what everyone, well, a lot of people saw: Marathon is not ready yet, still no soul to be seen.
With the launch of Call of Duty Season 4, Activision quietly put adverts inside loadouts for Black Ops 6 and Warzone, sparking a backlash in the process.
Putting Ads in a pay-to-play Premium title? Well done Microsoft. Well done /s This is really scummy.
Haven't watched the interview yet but I remember Taylor from that Vidoc she did for Bungie. As she as annoying and cheesy here?
She's much more of a gamer than I previously thought.
Cool vid... Please release a Kinect Boxing game. Lets get on it EA.
Love her intelligent insight on Kinect. So true. We must wait. What good would a mass market attempt of trying to win over causals and the Wii fanbase if Microsoft was simply catering to the so called "hardcore" ?
Microsoft doesn't need to worry about the *so called* hardcore because the *so called* hardcore gamers buy gaming related products regardless because gaming is their hobby and they spend a a lot of money and time playing all kinds of games.
